How to Cancel a China Train Ticket
According to the latest 2025 policy of the China Railway Administration, train tickets purchased through PandaTrips are considered tickets purchased at ticket agencies and can be refunded at the manual ticket window of any railway station or high-speed rail station in China. Please bring the valid ID used when booking to the refund window at the station. If you have already printed a reimbursement voucher, please submit it to the staff when you need to refund the ticket. If the refund is processed through the PandaTrips website, a refund fee of ¥15 per ticket will be charged.
Fees for processing ticket refunds and cancellations

Please note:

2. If an offline refund is not processed by staff, the refund will be returned to you within 7 business days via the original payment method. The refund amount is subject to the China National Railway Administration's regulations. The refund arrival date is subject to the bank or credit card provider's confirmation date.
3. Tickets priced less than 20 RMB do not support refunds processed through the PandaTrips website.
